1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between bd bajje and its users. By accessing the bd bajje website, mobile app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Bd bajje operates under an international license and all services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. These terms may be updated at any time, and continuing to use the service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

• These Terms and Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
• Bd bajje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
• These terms apply to personal, non-commercial use only.

2Account Registration & Usage

To use bd bajje, you must first create a personal account. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Your account is for your personal use only — sharing or selling it to others is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify bd bajje immediately.
• Providing false information during registration may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.
• Bd bajje may request identity verification documents at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes.

3Age Verification & Eligibility

Bd bajje services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Protecting minors from gambling is a firm policy we take seriously.

• Providing a false age during registration will result in permanent account closure.
• You may be asked to provide a National ID, passport, or birth certificate as proof of age at any time.
• Withdrawals may be held until age verification is completed.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Bd bajje supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposits must be made using a method registered in your own name.

• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• There are no fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Contact bd bajje immediately for any incomplete or failed transactions.

5Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals require a fully verified KYC account and must be made via the same method used for the deposit. All withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by bd bajje.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 12–48 hours.
• Withdrawals may be restricted on unverified accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing from your bonus balance.
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be held pending additional verification.

6Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonus offers at bd bajje come with specific terms. Please read the full conditions of any offer before claiming a bonus.

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and can be claimed once per person.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Every bonus has an expiry date. If the conditions are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts — your account may be closed.
• Bd bajje reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Separate wagering requirements may apply to winnings from free spins.

7Betting Rules & Conditions

Before placing bets on bd bajje, it's important to understand the rules for each market. All bets are considered final and cannot be changed once properly confirmed.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the event itself is cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, bd bajje reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• In Live Betting, if a bet is confirmed late due to network issues, the odds applicable at that time will apply.
• If one event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, the bet will be settled without that leg.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd bajje. Any violations may result in account suspension and legal action.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Coordinated betting for the purpose of Bonus Abuse.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Bd bajje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, particularly in cases of rule violations.

• You can close your account at any time — simply contact our support team.
• Before an account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance (excluding bonuses).
• If your account is closed due to a rule violation, your balance may not be returned.
• Requests to reopen a closed account will be considered, but approval is not guaranteed.

10Responsible Gaming

• Bd bajje's total liability will in no case exceed the actual balance held in your account.

• Continued use of the service after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, please stop using the service and request account closure.
